Lesson Progression & Materials
As my blog has grown, I discovered the importance of starting with the most fundamental lessons—much like the sequence I follow when teaching in class. This approach ensures that even those with no prior art experience can follow along without feeling lost.
The most foundational lessons are the oldest, and the content gradually advances in complexity over time. Whether you are a complete beginner or have prior experience, reviewing lessons (Level 1) in chronological order thoroughly —from the earliest posts onward—will help you build a strong, well-rounded foundation.
Each lesson is designed to be bite-sized and approachable, so you won’t feel overwhelmed. You’ll also find that some topics have multiple, shorter lessons rather than a single, exhaustive post, making it easier to digest new information step by step.
Once the basics are covered, I’ll gradually expand into more advanced, creative, and flexible lessons, weaving between levels to build a well-rounded learning experience.
Throughout my lessons, I occasionally introduce art materials to help guide your choice. At the foundational level, I focus on recommending products within the most economical price range—so cost never becomes a barrier to simply starting and creating. As lessons advance, I will gradually introduce a wider variety of tools and materials to explore.

YouTube & Blog:
Much of my YouTube content aligns with my blog, but they also stand independently in many ways. While tutorials on YouTube often correspond with those on my blog, I may present different materials on each platform, catering to their unique formats. As a result, some topics may appear exclusively on one platform or may not be available on both simultaneously. Additionally, I may release content on the same subject at different times.
